        When my Medicare Plan B payment almost doubled, Karen worked with me to determine what possibly could have caused it and what my next steps might be. She also was very thorough in her explanations of all the different aspects of Medicare. We looked at a comparison of plans and she provided options for me to compare before a decision was made. I could not have asked for better customer service!
