My insurance company changed the basis for claim payments under my homewner's policy, and the way I was informed of it was via a phone call from Goosehead. This change was made arbitrarily by the insurance company without knowledge and consent by me. The insurance company has since corrected that mistake, but I'm still left with the offputting tone of Goosehead's phone call to me, which, in summary, was "that's the way it is, too bad and I'm happy to so advise you." Apparently Goosehead didn't care whether or not this sort of arbitrary change could be made without involving me as the policyholder. In summary: Goosehead did not have my back on this issue.
