Don't recommended! He is not responsible at all. I paid for an extra fee for emergent working visa application last year, and follow up with him every day but he still almost messed it up. Update with more details: it was my first time H1 application (need to go through lottery), and he charged me expedite fee. But he barely pick up my phone call, if I have any question about my case, I had to ask for a leave from job and wait for him at his office. The communication is so hard. Although I asked several times, they still mis-spelled my company name. It ends up they need to apply for a new LCA for me. Which take another week and I worried about if I can still make it before the application deadline. He said with no sympathy at all if we couldnt meet the deadline, you just dont apply this year. Luckily the case was submitted last minute. But I would never use this lawyer again. I transferred my H1 several times now, and work with several different lawyers. The good lawyers are really easy to work with and give you updates all the time. The irresponsible ones will definitely add a lot more stress and anxiety. ============================================== I didn't find a place to reply the response from owner. So I updated the review here in 2022. Yeah, my case was approved, it was a straight forward case and should be simple to pass if I use any other more professional lawyer. For this lawyer: No update, no communication, no sympathy, no professionalism at all. Caused so many extra problem & stress to me. I don't know where the recent good reviews from, but for me, I will never use this lawyer for anything.
