Clean gym, respectful patrons, good equipment. No large volume of non members as I have noticed at other facilities

I've been more than patient with this gym. They still owe me $246.81 of unauthorized charges.

I genuinely feel like this place might be highway robbery, not nearly enough amenities for there packages and prices its absolutely atrocious.

Emailed/called to set up a visit literally almost no communication so never visited. My daughter plays soccer next door so I was going to join. Assume absentee franchisee is the issue. To answer Vicki response: I applied on the web 1-4 and got back auto generated emails immediately. no phone call or text-Anytime had my number as they called/emailed me right after I wrote this review. 1-6 I set up a time to come by on 1-11 and received what looks to be a auto genterated email. again no call or text 1-11 I had an appointment set up for 1:30.... no email, text or call this day to remind me prior. I did not make the appointment and was a no show.... again no call, email or text to ask why I missed appointment and to make a future appointment 1-11 I called at 3pm left my name and number to say that I was coming in this afternoon again no return call, email or text to confirm although I asked for a call back 1-11 at 8 pm I wrote a review about lack of communincation and I get a phone call and email immediately
