Burn Boot Camp

I signed up for a class via classpass last Friday and it stated in the description when I booked it that childcare was included. I mean even the title says with child watch. When I showed up I was turned away and offered nothing for the inconvenience. They accused me of not reading the class description and when I told them I worked out at a different burn boot camp in Plano with childcare included, didnt care. This specific franchise owner does not care about women with children and when I emailed him directly he just pointed fingers at classpass and offered nothing for the inconvenience. Clearly he doesnt understand the hassle involved with getting a toddler out the door and in the car. He could have offered a complimentary class and I would have given the gym another try. Instead I will never go back to the location even though its 10 minutes closer to my house than the Plano one.

Super fun atmosphere. Which they had other times though lol like a later time but still good workouts everyone is so friendly. They make it easy to go. Unfortunately I cant afford the prices anymore which sucks!! they do include childcare for certain times!!

Cant say enough great things about Burn Bootcamp Richardson! Theyve built a community within their staff and members and everyone is so friendly. They are a wonderful partner to our local elementary school and I am so thankful for them!
