Paid a deposit online, they called next day stating i can only buy 2 of the 6 items i chose, mind you they didnt have any items in stock & also would not issue me a refund! Spoke with supervisor he advised me to dispute with my bank.

I've been a very loyal client of Bestway on Village Lane in Shelbyville KY since 2017. I've paid off 4 or 5 things and always had good experiences, usually. They switched managers, and now it's just causing issues. I'm about to pay off this item in June or July that I made an insurance claim on 8 months ago. I've called store several times and it has been nothing but a run-around and excuses. Now they're telling me that I have to come in, sign an agreement, and an insurance document that says I'm paying for the insurance and the account is mine, despite the fact that $70 a week comes out of my bank account. They're saying that doesn't qualify as proof. I requested a refund for the last 8 months because apparently it's not mine, they refused. I have also asked them to stop payment until I get the issue resolved and the payment still comes out every week. I've reached out to the corporate office and the operator sends me to customer service. I've talked about my problem with customer service, and they said they were going relay the information to the district manager so he could call me about it but he never called. I then proceeded to call the corporate line again. They said they would get the information to the regional manager because this is repetitve problem and they should call back within 1 day, they also never called. I called again today to corporate-customer service and they said they would get it to the regional manager again and that he should call me back in 1 day. I have no doubt he will not contact me, and this issue will never be resolved. I'm stuck with a broken item that I've almost paid triple on, which I didn't care to do because of the insurance. At this point it's about the principle behind it. Guess my next step is to take this to the news or a lawyer.
