Worst Experience at this washing place 5-1-2023 9:15am started putting Quarters in the machine... and I was already 2quarters in Before the machine started noticing it was not working till the 3rd quarter in the machine started too work went too talk too the Attending person she kept arguing about how I was wrong and like a little kid was explaining too me how the machine worked and I was like I know how it works.finally she was like 2quarters for me is nothing how sad and disrespectful. Hopefully the Management see this

The attendants are only helpful to Spanish speaking customers. Indoor temperature and condition is unsafe. Hot, humid, moldy, and dusty inside. Attendant refused to adjust thermostat or even turn on fans for circulation. This is hazardous and can caus respiratory issues. Upon request I was told by the Attendant that she does not speak English, so she did not assist me, this was after accepting my money US currency! If you are able to accept the money, then you should be able to assist the paying customer. Service: Laundry wash & fold
