Big Lots

Unfortunately, had to use the bathroom, no hygienic toilet paper covers, no soap, sink handles disgusting, and look at this check list, I'm posting this on 04/03/2024.

This place is a joke to work at with the manager Joel Kilgore. He has no respect for employees and customers as well.He uses his authority as power to make him seem mighty and better than everyone else. A few women customers told me they can't stand him. He walks off from customers, doesn't speak to his cashiers when he walks through the door. He changes schedule all the time without notifying anybody. He is so unprofessional and should not be a manager. The assistant manager runs the store and doesn't get the credit she deserves. Manager is never at store always having someone work his shift which is the Furniture Lead, his go to guy. I recommend not working at this location or for this guy at all

Purchased a twin mattress and box spring today at the Plano store. Deedee and Jimmy were exceptionally helpful. They pulled it from storage, allowed us to try it, checked us out, then loaded it in the van. I was very impressed and encouraged. Great job!

I like the store prices is little bit better. Customer service or regret.
