Update April 2024: I kept my appointments with them due to the ease of short travel time. The hygienist is very sweet and does an excellent job. Appointment got changed without notification from 4:30 to 4:00, on my way got a message your appointment is canceled. Well here I am parking outside, I was here a day earlier to submit paperwork and was sent back stating you have to do the same day Lady in front and one behind her - super rude and unprofessional.

I highly recommend anyone who wants to have a great dental experience, to go to the Aspen Dental on South Plano Road in Richardson, Texas. They alway make me feel like I'm the most important person there. I obtained my implants through them and happy that I did. Even though my future care is covered, they give me the same importance as everyone else. If I had to do it over again I would choose the Aspen Dental in Richardson again.
