They are impossible to contact, don't use the bank accounts provided, charge fees when paying on time, and then continue to send emails after you've paid manually and the check goes through. It's not the old Geico, it's just a computerized fraudulent scheme with no service.

I bought a pre-owned car. 1.21.24 written notice $465.23 untill policy renew.1.23.24 Paid. 3.1.24 written notice $1726.60(by phone/approved). 3.12.24 Paid(by phone). 3.12.24 (rec'd 3.19.24) written notice $ 70.85 more. 3.12.24 (by phone) . They took out $ 1797.60 ( NOT Approved). They did not tell me. Did not renew they sent back $1726.60 only. They said it($70.85) was applied to old 6 month policy. NO IT DID NOT.Old policy was already paid for.

Worst claims customer service! Made me file a separate claim for my wind shield, after a front end collision which crack my windshield. They repaired the hood that had rock chips, but would NOT repair my windshield because it had an existing repaired rock chip repaired well couldn't notice it at all. Left me driving an unsafe car with a windshield that was unsafe making it hard to see through.... they are cheap cause they wont cover your accident well.... To add Joseph worst customer services hung up on me, wont listen, kept talking over me. His boss Amanda has NO integrity, 1st said they would replace my windshield, then said no they wont! that I had to file a separate claim. Her boss Joanna, wont return my calls left several on her voice mail...
