I am sitting here months after we began a siple order of gift cards numbered. I have had trouble communicating all the time. None of their phone numbers work. I have had 2 different numbers that once worked now belong to a health insurance speed dialer. It has passed thge date I was promised and now I cant reach them at all. About to drive over and see if they have closed or not. Very disappointed I wanted to do business locally but looks like I goit burned.

Deserves more than 5 stars! We have used Plastic Card Monster for several years now. Our cards have always arrived as promised, are high quality and look fantastic! However, it is their customer service that has completely won us over! They have gone over and above to help us with our designs and to make sure that we receive exactly what we want!! We cant recommend these guys enough!!!
