        Dr. Luis and his staff are simply amazing. The atmosphere they create instantly puts you into a fantastic mood. They seem to know everybody by name and clearly care about your well-being. Rather than just start cracking you. They prefer to look at x-rays to understand exactly what your body needs. Highly recommend and I feel instantly better every time.

        If there were 0 stars thats what I would give this place. Luis is rude, loud and obnoxious and aggressive.aka a bully. He will literally argue with you. Music is too loud and its a sales pitch right from the start. Again, so loud, like this isnt a club. Calm down! I did use the coupon of $21 but only to get x-rays (pretty good deal) but dont let it fool you. I would never get an adjustment here ! A lady walked in and screamed when he adjusted her and told him it hurt and he argued with her instead of comforting her. I went back for follow up (only to get my x-rays) but I was trying to be FORCED to sit through a 1hour explanation of why I needed an adjustment. 1 hour talk was unnecessary. I told him I didnt need the adjustment and he argued with me and said yes I did. I wanted to give these x-rays to my physician, and that may be why he was hesitant. Regardless, this man is incompetent rude, and should not be in this business. In fact, his license should be revoked . Do not give them your insurance. They will charge you or try to charge you for an amount of time that they did not spend with you. again, this is a scam. I do not know how this man even got an education. I do not know how he even has a business with his behavior . Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else !

Our intention is not to argue with you, and the purpose of the questions was to try to understand your situation, to allow us to assist you the best we can.Our mission is to bring a spark of hope and a smile to everyone’s day through educating you about your health and wellness, that sometimes may be hard to understand if not given the opportunity. That could be the reason why the music was too loud for you and I’m sorry for that. In regards to the patient interaction, we take patient privacy and HIPPA incredibly seriously, so we can not discuss any interaction with anyone. No one who enters our clinic is forced to do anything, we simply seek the opportunity to educate and empower through Xray findings and how the body responds to what is happening to the nervous system. I have the same level of education as a physician, because I went to school to be a Doctor in Chiropractic. Also, I work daily with all kinds of physicians, so we can give you the best care possible, because that is what every patient deserves. In regards to the insurance, we do not charge anything to the insurance without the patient's approval first. We simply scan so that we can give you all the information about what your insurance may or may not cover. We never charge for something that anyone has not received, that is fraud and we don’t stand by that. I can understand that we are not the chiropractic clinic for you, and I’m really sorry for that. The important thing is that you find someone that helps you achieve your goals and health. So, please do not stop looking for chiropractic help, you deserve it.
