The person name Karen Henderson is an authorized representative on my claim, but she has never called me about my case. I called and left messages. Knowing a person has cancer and fear, the least a representative could do call and explain how the healthcare and ssi system work and give some hope or facts so a cancer patient can deal with situation. Having to wait, worry about illness and treatment. It has been dead silence from this authorized representative.

Worst company ever they’ll find a little excuse to get rid of you they make their own rules as convenient for them HR thinks just because they have the title they have the right to do what ever they want actually I know from people inside that used to work there that girls there have affairs with the top bosses just to have the position they have and supposedly this is a Christian company

Sad that the ones that rate this company bad are the ones that didn’t gave them a chance.
They actually worked with the government programs, it was way faster and easier to apply with them for Medicaid. The lady I had was super nicer.
They are Christian company, the reason they called you is because you probably went to the ER with no insurance , like I did.
Great company! They help me with me to clear my debt it was 100k with baylor.
