Once I left I stoped at a red light and looked in the mirror. The glue crystallized and was white and stuck in clumps. I texted a picture and they said I could come in the next day so they could fix. Although they made it semi-right.. they do not replace the lashes and decided to dye the glue black to blend in. . I decided not to go back

Place was nice and clean the lady that helped me was so nice but I think that can probably use better products my eyelashes curled only on one eye

I went in on Nov 26th with my mother-in-law to get our lashes done for vacation. Ive had my lashes done a lot. And I know my retention. I Can usually go almost 3 weeks before I need a fill. And within 2 days my lashes started falling out. Almost half of my lashes were gone. I didnt get them wet for 48 hours and I dont use oily products on my face. And they did give me a complimentary fill. But my mother-in-law has 2 lashes left and its been a little over a week. Were on vacation and our lashes dont look nice. And for a week of lashes we paid $100?? Also, Ive never had a sensitivity to lash glue, but every time I try to scratch my eye (gently of course) my eye burns for a few minutes after. I dont recommend this place, nor will I be going back.
