I wanted to share some feedback on my experience at your salon.
I and other women who went did not know Diana from instagram was NOT the hairdresser, and only appointment setter. It would be good to know. Along with knowing the price she quoted would be accurate. She quoted me $250 and the actual hair dresser charged me $300 .
Secondly the colorist seemed to be in a rush an irritated as I got there , spilled bleach on my arm and kept going , when she took me to the sink the water was freezing she kept watering my face and shoulders . It was a terrible experience, from her shampooing method to her holding the blow dryer in my face , and burning me several times with the flat iron .Then when I didnt Like the color she said of course because you have too much blonde. as a customer isnt a good experience or feeling but she did explain putting a blue mask on my hair that would need to be washed out so my hair doesnt look silver anymore but definitely not even close to the color I wanted

I went to this place a few weeks ago, scheduled with Diana on Instagram, my appointment was 10am, they moved me until 11am and with a different person than the one I had scheduled with.
I wanted brown hair and went with GRAY hair with some almost white streaks when the first thing I said was that I did NOT want my hair to be bleached. In the end I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I didn't complain at the time because I didn't want to get the girl in trouble but I honestly wouldn't go back or recommend this place.
Poorly done work and unpunctuality.
