I have visited this branch twice for opening an account and to get a credit card, the staff & the relationship manager(s) are very welcoming.
Banking and education are probably the two most important levers that drive the economy, rightfully so I chose to get an account opened with Bank of America. BofA actually saved the small businesses while the Waltons were taking away business from the smaller retailers so the trust factor played prime on me.
Special thanks to Mr. Zeeshan Siddique, he's the best there is, additionally he works in tandem with an Indian organization at the UTD called ISA so it's really a swift process to get an account opened with BofA.

Visited this bank for notary; was told the appointments where full for the day (Friday) and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday. That Tuesday a rep from the bank called and left a message to call her back. She gave two numbers. I called each of these numbers with no response and no voice mail option; I also called the number that was used to call me in the first place, again no response or voicemail. When I arrived for my appointment; which still appeared on the website; I was told that the notary was not available. This information could have been left in the original message, and I would not have needed to waste a second trip to this bank or waste time making unanswered calls to this location. Poorly managed; may move my accounts elsewhere. Expect more from a financial institution.
