Mitch is tremendous. Not only is he absurdly helpful at every opportunity, but his knowledge of mold making products is second to none. I highly recommend their products, but the support and videos from BITY make seemingly tricky products simple to use. I appreciate all that BITY does!

BITY is the best mold supplier in the USA. Wide variety of product on their easy-to-use website, prompt shipping, superior customer service with very helpful staff, and plenty of online resources & how-to videos. I always shop at BITY when I purchase mold & casting supplies.

All the products I've gotten from them over the years have been great. I use Art Cast original, Art Cast clear, poly pig, flocking and tin thix. I've tried other products they have but not all products will work for all jobs. Sometimes it's trial and error and that's just the nature of the business when you're working with chemicals.
Mitch is very knowledgeable but doesn't take time to listen fully to the question before trying to answer what he thinks you're asking. This has happened both of the two times I've called for product information.

love there products had one issue caused from ups but brick in the yard took care of it! and had a very fast response to my question, highly recommend them. the products they sell are superior!
