Very rude staff, they do Not care about making life hell by banging on your door every week for what ever made up reason to snoop around your privacy. We had to hire an attorney to stop the constant invasion of privacy. Looks good when ya drive up,Hell once you are stuck here for life.

The staff horrible and rude. Guests and all medical support for residents have to make a parking pass through on online party or your car will be towed. I really hate coming to this complex because of these two issues. If you care at all about your friend and family and you have CNA care don't move here.

I must say this has been the absolute worst apartment I've lived in since selling my house in 2015!! I lived here for only one year and during that time, I was rarely able to speak with a live person in the office even if it was an emergency. They had no way to request service on their resident portal and even if the phone prompt says it's an emergency, I could not speak to a live person. This is one of the main reasons I moved out after one year. During the application process they show impeccable attention to you; just don't move in!!! During an actual emergency call to the office, (I had water leaking on the bathroom floor), I left a message as no one answered the phone, ofcourse. I left my apartment for about 5 hours that day and upon my return, the water problem was even worse so I called the office again and left a message; except this time I said, "I hope I don't slip and fall." Within an hour, a maintenance person came and discovered the toilet tank was leaking which he replaced immediately. Other times, I'd leave a message asking for a return phone call which I never received. At one point, my daughter stopped by the office and she was given a story about the new refrigerator which miraculously showed up the next day after I'd left 3 messages, but was completely ignored. (It was ordered 3 weeks prior). My rent was not cheap and I was treated with no regard as a tenant in a 55 and over apartment complex. I had occasion to call the "towing enforcement company" due to construction workers parking (one vehicle) in 2 spaces at a time and was informed that I needed to contact the people to let them know they were in violation. (!!??). Parking was very difficult during the months the workers were there. I am disabled and have to use a cane to ambulate. I now live in non-55 & over apartment complex that has 27 buildings, only 3 people working in the office, yet, if I call, someone almost always answers the phone and if not, they call me back immediately. The maintenance department, so far, has responded to all my requests, no matter how minor, within several hours; which I leave on their resident portal. If I indicate it's an emergency, they are here immediately. Living here was a pure nightmare for me!
