        Lies after lies after lies! Eric was awarded over 200k project in February. He asked for half the money in advance to order the equipment. I paid the money. He asked for more saying he needs more money to order equipment from captivaire. Every time I asked him about when the equipment will deliver he kept telling me its been ordered and it will be ready in May. Today on June 1 I found out he used all the money I paid him on other projects and have not paid captiveair for my equipment. So he practically used my money to pay for his other projects. I gave him advance for my second building too and that equipment has not yet been ordered. Another set of lies. Totally unprofessional and unethical business practice so far. Now .. for what its worth he has come clean today admitting that he has used my money on other projects and wishes to come through on what he needs to deliver. I will update this review once he delivers what he has been paid for. Services: Heating system installation, Ductless heating & A/C services

      Unfortunately Gaurang is correct about this situation. I do want to state this was never the intention. I had a situation where I thought I could temporarily cover a cash flow gap because of what was promised to me from other approved projects/GCs and that fell through because I was lied to. Instead of coming clean immediately I held on to hope that a payment would materialize and it didn’t. Either way there’s no excuse and I should’ve never lied to the customer to which I deeply regret. I came clean with him because I needed to fix the issue and did not want this to drag on. I really messed up by violating his trust, so the only thing I want to do at this time is get the project finished on time.
