Giving a one star because I cant give no stars. The owner is very rude I would never recommend anyone to this place not even if it was free. He got mad at me cause I had an appt at 9 to get service and his guys didnt show up to work so I ask him what time does he think his guy will be there since they called in late he couldnt give me an answer started yelling me told me to go to hell! Bad service stay away.

Worst customer service. Came to get a wheel alignment. Came out with my alignment even worse. Steering wheel was not straight. Wont give my money back. DONT RECOMMEND

I went in to get my blinker fixed because it was blinking fast, which is an indication that its either going out or already out. I assumed it was my front blinker. The owner Moustafa quoted me $10 over the phone. When I got there and he realized he wanted to take my whole front bumper off to reach my lights he changed the price to within the $35-$45 range. I still said cool. After he took apart my whole front bumper, WITH MY HELP HOLDING FLASHLIGHTS & PARTS & ANSWERING HIS CELLPHONE WHICH IS THE BUSINESS PHONE, his son told him the front blinker was good. Come to find out, it was the back blinker that needed changing. So he changed the back blinker, put my front bumper back together and charged me $95. I shouldnt have had to pay that much money because as a mechanic he shouldve known to check all the blinkers to see which one was out before taking apart my bumper. On top of that, now my front blinker is actually out and I need to get it replaced. So Im out of $95 and only got one blinker replaced and now in need of the other one changed. The front blinker went out about a week after I paid him $95 to change the back blinker. I dont appreciate being taken advantage of as a woman. Im not a mechanic. I wont ever go back here. I wish I had known that they were on the news for calling people racial slurs. Moustafa definitely has an anger problem. He was cursing the whole entire time while taking my bumper apart. I shouldve told him nevermind then and left. But I decided to help him by holding stuff for him and answering his phone after he took it out his pocket and shoved it at me to answer it. I gave him a lot of grace that day. He didnt give me any grace whatsoever. So sad. But he lost my business forever.

Giving one star because the technician swore to me he could do an oil change on my car. He gets it on the lift drains the oil and finds out he doesnt have the right part to take off my oil filter. Puts the new oil in and says itll be fine, just go to the dealership and have them replace the oil filter. He told me they wouldnt have to change the oil out because its new oil. He then charged me $80 for the full oil change. I called up the dealership and they told me just running the new oil through an old filter dirties up the oil to the point that they will have to do a full oil change. This guy lied to me over and over! Either hes incompetent or just another immoral and unethical mechanic thatll say anything to take my money from me. I do not recommend this place for any of your auto needs. Do yourself a favor and find another mechanic that wont lie to your face to get your money!
