    Absolutely the best Customer Service I have ever received from an insurance agency! I was with another insurance company for 22 years and could not get a lower rate. When I switched insurance companies, the team at Andrea Walton State Farm were able to help me cut my Auto and Home insurance bills in half!!!

    Staff and customer support is AWESOME! I am not one to give reviews so this really means something. I was a 25 year client to another insurance company. I won't go into details but it was time to change. After shopping around I was lucky enough to find Andrea Walton - State Farm. The transition over to State Farm was easy. We all have unique situations, and what sets these guys apart from all the others is they listen to you and create the unique coverage you need. You're not just another number getting the default "cookie cutter" package everyone else gets. I had some detailed questions that couldn't be answered while on the phone but I got a prompt call back with a detailed response. You can't beat old school customer support.     I went to 3/18/24 Monday to add another vehicle to my policy, there was no one at the reception they saw me walk in and no one offered them self to ask if I needed something. So I stand there for a while then I sat down to see if they come out and greet me or ask if I needed something but no one did, all I received was stares it made me feel very uncomfortable. So I was there for 25 minutes no one helps me so I left and no one even bothered to see why I left. I felt very discriminated all the stares made me very uncomfortable and not one person asked if been helped or need help. If would give them a zero starts I would.

Hi Viviana, we are very sorry you had to wait yesterday. Unfortunately, Monday morning our systems were down, it unexpectedly caused complete chaos. My team shared with me they were on the phone with other customers when you arrived. They didn't have a chance to speak with you before you left. We have since spoken with your husband, we need the VIN to add your car; he did not have it on him? Then he stopped by to grab the solar eclipse glasses to share with your family and friends.... I can ASSURE you our office cares about your family and all our customers, unfortunately, depending on scheduled appointments or staffing level - there is sometimes a wait.
