I had so far a great experience with enterprise. I had to take a van initially, but I requested a smaller car. Dez made it happen. This was a big relief for me, considering the pressures I feel. Right now. Thank you.

My experience was great at this location. Dez provided excellent service from start to finish. I have used the Cedar Hill, Desoto and Red Oak location and the service was excellent.

One star is all I can give -5 star is about right stay away from this place the employees here false report damage to vehicles and hold the next person responsible I went to pick up car as we did the walk around I noticed a cracked windshield a dent on roof missing hud caps scratches rear as I told the manager Freddy did you write this down his response to me was I already told you it has minor damages I took his word that he did note it down came to find out now enterprise is falsey doing insurance fraud when speck to one employee Freddy is always at lunch they wont give me my rental report employee tells me I dont want to say anything that will come back on me Cruz at damage report office will not return any calls or emails. My best advice for everyone is stay away from this place better yet stay away from all locations

Red Oak location employee said we were more than an hour late from our reservation time so he had to let my car go to someone else. I had asked for a small car. He gave me a van instead. If memory serves I had paid a reservation fee, guess it is meaningless. They kept calling me about 3 days later wanting the van back offering to "get me out of that gas guzzler and into a small car". Personally I think they were trying to placate an angry customer who had reserved a van. I returned the van at the Cedar Hill shop. Ha Ha
