The rent Is absolutely too high. And I have all these strange charges where I am now paying over 2800 a month for two bedroom two bath and a garage. So after this six months, I will definitely be relocating.

Called to inquire about something on our account today. A lady by the name of Kim picked up and was very impatient. Ive been here about 10 months and have never heard of her. Luckily I was transferred to Robin who has been there since day one, and is amazing. She was able to answer, and clarify my question. If you go into the office, ask to speak with Robin always. Great apartments, and never any issues when speaking with Robin.

The Ovilla has been nothing but sweet! This morning in picking up mail , I met another teacher resident at the coffee bar .We had so many things in common as we shared things we like about the Ovilla. We have so many awesome professions that reside here at the Ovilla...As we were speaking Mr.Javier pass by on his morning route one of our go give maintenance engineers ...The entire Ovilla Team is totally Go-Give ...Jerry & Kim keep a 5 star front office always very warm and welcoming .get ready fir an awesome tour with these ladies...Ms.Sophia &Ms.Robin provide superb leadership here at the Ovilla that's so important and That can be hard to find... now days Some Residents look for properties that provide professional communication and understanding ,The Ovilla at Legacy Square has it I must say .... .Ms.Sophia always has a solution to any concern /request she make sure she gives you the most accurate resolution and that you are happy with the decision , Ms.Sophia always responds promptly are will invite you in for a one on one don't get me wrong they all get busy but they don't forget about you !!!!...no voice goes unheard in my opinion at the Ovilla and you better believe if she is occupied with a resident Etc. Ms.Robin is ready to take charge of the situation working hard to find a solution as well ..Ms.Robin will make sure you leave knowing your voice did not go unheard rather its an open ear to hear are needing someone to listen to your request.The Ovilla team.is here to serve this is a family community this is more than just a daily task to the Ovilla team , you have to be here to understand ... The management team goes above and beyond but as residents WE still must do our part ...Thank you Sophia, Robin , Jerry ,Rafi.Javier .........Mr.Javier and Rafi keep the same integrity whenever you see them they make living carefree and maintenance request are responded too quickly !! Im thankful for our maintenance team they keep the community beautiful !!! When you see these guys out show them some love ....they are up early making sure things are ok in the community.....Thank you Ovilla at Legacy Square!
