I can't believe all the negative comments, I took my wife in today and it was one of the best ER experiences we've ever had, every one from the admitting person, doctors and nurses were very professional and friendly people. I'd give them more stars if I could!!

Went in with a laceration to the upper forehead. Dr. Ho came in pressed and pushed on cut said it is fine and walked out. Did not clean wound did not offer anything for the headache or check for concussion. The absolute worse ER I have ever went to. Definitely would not recommend.

We were scene quickly. However, if you dont want anyone to hear your private conversations, youre out of luck. The ER area/room we were in was split in two with a curtain. We heard everything the other patient and doctor were saying. HIPPA regulations were not followed. The room, also, did not have an emergency contact button or . The only way to get any help was to walk out to the nurses station. That was something my friend couldnt do because of her pain. When I was finally able to go back and see her she was hurting. No one had checked on her after the initial intake.

ER DR. K WEBSTER STIFLES A LAUGH WHEN I FAINT! I visited Quitman ER advised by my cardiac monitoring services because I suffer from syncope. At that time, the episodes had gotten so severe I was having more than 10 daily. Upon being wheeled into the hospital room, 2 nurses were there as Dr. K. Webster, whom I didnt see at that moment, was right behind me. I got up onto the bed. He asked what was going on and I explained the episodes Id been having. I suddenly began to slur and get very lightheaded, which for me is a sign Im about to faint. I cant recall if I gave him a warning because I was slurring, but I recall I did faint. It wasnt until I woke up from the syncope episode that he began to question me in strange ways. About a fall in which I had received from the wonderful Dr. Driver, where I had an episode and hit the back of my head. The whole family was there at the time. But Dr. Webster began to ask who saw the fall. And another recent fall, Who saw it? I began to wonder, in the first minutes of our conversation that he already had his mind made up and thought for some strange reason I was faking my fainting. Ive been going through these episodes since having severe covid in 2021. It manifested much worse in the beginning of 2022 and finally, my Cardiologist said what it was. Syncope. I cant control it, I just faint. BUT! HERE IS THE CLINCHER! After Dr. Webster left the room, my mom, who was present the entire time said that Dr. Webster, when I fainted, WAS HOLDING BACK LAUGHTER! I dont understand how someone can make A JOKE about something that someone is going through and seek medical attention, but here he is. Then, the nurses were quite rude. Upon returning home and getting alerts, I read my chart. It is no wonder!!! He did make up his mind immediately. And even questioned my fall when I sought help from Dr. Driver. He thought I was making this up. What sort of doctor does something like this? LAUGHS AT THE ONSET and then writes that this person is faking it. My mom saw the syncope episode in which I was at an angle leaning back in the bed. My head slumped forward and yet Dr. Webster said completely opposite. I wouldnt believe a man who is supposed to be a professional who laughs at his patient. LAUGHS! I will never go to this ER again! I have every intention of filing a complaint wherever I can, and contacting the Medical Director to let him or her know precisely what occurred. Perhaps once a year doctors and nurses should attend bedside classes, especially at Quitman ER.
