la Madeleine

This la Madeleine doesn't have you order and get your food on a tray. You just place your order at the counter and they bring everything to you. The food was still as delightful as always and the interior is more modern than the regular ones.

Our first experience here was great! Glad to have more choices in Prosper. Had Sunday lunch here. It was busy, but La Madeleine's handled it well. I had a chicken and avocado sandwich (don't remember the exact name) and my wife had a croissant with gravy (kinda like the French version of biscuits and gravy).

Update: 3/25/24- gave them a swcond try and I will NEVER return....what has happened to your food quality ? Ramen cup of noodles is better, warmer and more filling. Your soups are watered down, zero taste and lukewarm. The chicken fraid sandwich is a glorified hot pocket with a little stuffing that looked like someone else already ate it. It was so hot I could not touch it. And the romanoff sauce (which years ago was as thick as whipped cream) was watery and thin. And these standard copy / paste "owner" responses are ridiculous....they could care less. What happened to the QUALITY of your food. I had a salad sampler with watered down soup and a liquid runny "romanoff sauce". Years ago, soups were thick and hearty. The romanoff sauce as as thick as whipped cream. Very POOR QUALITY for $17 and water !
