I just dont like before the accident I had full coverage for 139$, And after it went up to 189 and they told me if I pay back for six months, my stuff should go back down, but never happened, that is too much for liability only,

All I wanted is to add my daugther as another Driver on my current policy and they wanted to charge me double of the price. Even if my daugther has a clean record they didnt care and according to the Lady that I spoke with she was going to talk to her Supervisor to help me and honestly he was way worse. Very unprofessional..no help and solution at all uhhhgg HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have been with Palmer Insurance for a couple of years, and we are so grateful and appreciative to have found such an amazing agency. They go out of their way, they are very kind, they always answer the phone, and they are extremely helpful!

My son got a learners permit, not a license and I got an email stating that AllState needs me to exclude him or add him even though Texas Department of Insurance nor the State of Texas require a learners permit driver be covered. So, I took exception to the email because I pay good money for people to not send emails that threaten to raise my rates or exclude a driver that isnt even a driver under State Law, and for my response according to Mr. Palmers staff members was snippy and unprofessional because I said... maybe I should start shopping around. I didnt know that as a customer I couldn't let someone know that I was unhappy and shouldn't let them know that I may shop around.. Also, didnt know I had to be a professional customer in my dissatisfaction. I was told my response was snippy and unprofessional. WOW! Customer service skills here are unprofessional! Got the roles reversed at this agency.
