Lovely office staff and a very well-kept and picturesque park. This is the Lakeview location. Lafon's RV Park manages four separate locations. As is in the name, in Lakeview you have a nice view of Lake Lavon! It is also the largest and best landscaped of the four locations. Management maintains the grass and has planted trees in between each lot. There are also mature shrubs providing privacy from the road and neighboring properties. Lighting at night is fairly good, and everyone abides by the community rules well. Multiple locations for trash disposal are available, a laundry facility is on site, and there is a large dog park/open field with a storm shelter. I've stayed here for four months and have no complaints about neighbors, management, or the area. The roads are rough in Princeton, but the park has well-kept gravel roads and lots. Management goes above and beyond winterizing the park and helping out when they spot something amiss.
