I cant recommend Capital Title Mid County enough. Krystal Williams is my go to escrow agent no matter the county my contract is in. She is transparent, due diligent, and very honest to my clients and myself with whats needed. I love that she makes the hard calls when its needed, explains what is needed to get the job done correctly, and make sure everything is handled prior to ever scheduling my closings. I 10/10 recommend this group of ladies, the Mid County Office is unmatched. If you want someone hands on that truly cares, theyll earn your business every time.

I have been able to call them (or email) and they have answers quickly. They have made me aware of what is needed and they walk me through the entire closing. I have used this company at least 6 times and they are always my favorite because of their communication. Plus, they have snacks!
