Contracted Roofing 911 to eliminate a dead valley by placing a piece of plywood, that i still have, to create a sloped roof and flash for $1200. The bid was high, but I was willing to pay in order to eliminate my problem. Jonathan understood exactly what I was tring to do. When I came home, they had removed about a bundle of roofing, put down moisture guard, replaced the roofing and called it good. They did not install the cricket or flash anything. Now they are threatening me with a lien for $1000, because they did nothing that we agreed on. If I would not have been in the house construction business for so long, I would have never known. This is the type of roofing company I would never trust. They dropped the price because they did not do the contracted work. Had a few estimates and they were the cheapest as well as just so down to earth. They came out quickly and gave me a quote, had samples available and started job two days later. These guys are amazing. My roof looks awesome. So impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work they provide. Highly recommend!!!!! Service: Roof installation

we needed a new roof on our home so I got 3 quotes total from different companies and while Roofing 911 wasnt the cheapest nor was he the most expensive, he was definitely the one that made me feel the most comfortable about the job he was going to perform. Sam, the owner came out on a weekend to show me different shingle samples and he went above and beyond and never got frustrated with all the questions my husband and I had for him. I was very impressed with his workers and their quality of work during and after the installation. When we contacted Roofing 911 on a Monday they answered right away and scheduled a free consultation for the next day. Sam and his son Cole came out, introduced themselves, and explained the entire process. They went on our roof and inspected all areas of our roof, and even told us that some spots may need new decking. Once they checked the roof, they had shingle samples in their truck and we were able to choose the color and type of shingles we wanted. They are extremely knowledgeable in their trade and gave us a quote within 25 minutes of being at our home. Once they did this, we scheduled a day for them to come out and do the job. Within two weeks, they came out on a Friday morning at 7am and started on our roof. They were extremely professional, from laying down tarps all around our home and even covering up our pool, to keep any type of debris from getting in. They worked diligently from morning until night, removing all of the old shingles. Installing the new ridge vent, wind turbines, and new architectural shingles. By 8pm that evening, they were complete. They started picking up all debris, any left over shingles and making a sweep of the grass for any nails that had fallen in the yard. The next day, Sam and Cole came by to do a final inspection of the roof with us and said within one month we would be receiving our windstorm certificate. Overall, we were completely satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of Sam, Cole and their entire crew.
