        Been an elite diamond member for 16 years, lady told me to call before we leave for work in the morning to see about extending a room, they cant be bothered until after 7am , most of us are at work by then so well move over to comfort suites were they can talk at 6am!! Ive been traveling for 27 years and never heard of such a thing, read the other reviews carefully before you book is all I can say!

        Beds are horrible worse then a college dorm bed or that old futon left at your parents house 15yrs ago. Breakfast was dried out and the waffles absolutely gross tasting.

        It would have been a great value for the price, had it not been for how dirty the room was. Upon entering, walls and floor were sticky and stained from (I guess) liquid spilled. Bed sheets, pillows and towels had an awful smell and were stained. Fridge and microwave were dusty and dirty inside. Rooms: The room I stayed had three double beds. The overall ambient was simple and modern.
