        I had to lower my review to 1 star. I needed to extend the room for one night but instead of extending at the current rate. They told me the rate went up almost $40 and that they had already put in the reservation. So I couldn't cancel it or they would charge me a fee. That's all that when I checked online. The room was available for the same rate (actually less) it was currently at. When I asked why he didn't just tell me to rebook online, I was informed that management doesn't allow them to. At the very least, you can't trust them.
