Austin the plumber is a joke. He quoted 125.00 incl parts for the work and took over 3 hours. He had to constantly go back to the store to buy parts! I called the main office to complain and compromised that I should only pay 2 hours.bur I still had to pay for parts. Lastly he damage my custom cabinets when drilling. He also failed to use a fire retardant cloth when soldering pipes on my pier. Also he forgot he had to put a cuttoff in for my dishwasher and said he couldn't put an independent cuttoff for the dishwasher which is totally false. He also failed to remove drain plug and add electrical wire to disposal.Do not use these people. They are a joke.
