Captain's Quarters Inn

From the online photos, this place seemed decent, but I was wrong. Walking into the room it looked clean but as I did a thorough walk through just like I do any hotel or Airbnb I stay at, I found it to be dirty and you can tell the cleaning crew really doesnt clean. It smelled strongly of bleach to where my husband started not feeling well. I found what I assume from the previous guest their wash cloths. Not just 1 wash cloth, but 2!! The shower curtain had pink mold on it and looked so FILTHY. The curtains needs to be changed out after each guest. That thing was disgusting. The bathroom door and walls were DISGUSTING with nasty gunk and dirt. Thankfully, I always go to these hotels prepared and wiped down the doors, showers, floors, and the sink area. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed and not welcoming. But the older lady who checked me out was very nice and sweet. The walls are thin. In the middle of the night, there was a group of people who came back and I could hear them yelling and could hear their whole conversation. Parking is horrible. For the amount of rooms, there are not enough parking. I saw lots of cars having to park in areas that were not parking areas which would possibly get them towed. The lights inbetween the queen beds did not work. The lights were very dim and the rooms seemed every dark even with all the lights on. I will not be back.

My mom stayed the weekend here and was horribly antagonized by the hotel manager Lisa. My mother's room had a broken air conditioner and the manager offered little to no help and was extremely rude. Very understaffed and could not fix the AC. Lisa was no help and tried to evict my mother for being persistent in her need of a room with ac. My mother ended up spending 2 nights in a room with no ac. Lisa should be fired ASAP.

The room was excellent but when we wanted to check in the maam didnt have the room ready and we asked we was is gonna be and she stared yelling at us saying to leave but we had already paid for the room

Was in town for a quick business trip. This is the epitome of a perfect hotel. The price, rooms, breakfast and staff were all exactly what you want.
