Just like home away from home. Absolutely loved our stay. Really can't say anything could have been better. Such easy check in and check out. My teenagers loved it as did my 4 year old. This place goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. Would highly recommend room 105.

We stayed in Sunrise Villas, room #109 for Sandfest on 4/18-4/20/2024. We stayed 3 nights and our bill was like $700+. The room was nice, plenty large and the appliances were updated. The one bathroom shower was not updated and the grout was stained and needing a good scrubbing, or something The updated microwave has an intermittent problem where it will go off and completely shut down like it's not getting any power. You can't get it to come on at all. You can leave and come back later that day and it will be working again and the clock will need to be reset. Use it for 30 seconds and it will shut down again. My other complaint is the coffee maker water reservoir was filthly. I always check and clean them but this one was dirtier than most I've seen. Other wise everything else was fine. The AC will freeze you out so make sure you don't set it too low at night. We would stay there again but fix that microwave and clean that coffee maker. Please. Oh and they have the nicest ceiling fan that I have ever seen.

We stayed in room 208 which is managed by Port A Property Company and were very pleased. It was clean, updated in decor and very close to the beach. The property was obviously a hotel/motel that has been converted into 'condos'. Each unit is a room from the front and back. The wall separating the two 'rooms' has been removed, made in to a hall and then one of the 'rooms' is now the living room/kitchen. They did a great job converting this unit and decorating. The pool is right out front and clean. There were a few chairs and table and a couple of chaise lounge chairs to sit in. The gate is not secure to keep out other not staying at the Villas. The digital lock on the door is very finicky, but worked. You just need to give it a little finagling. The kitchen had almost anything you would need to cook and eat in any time, however, there are too many good restaurants just minutes away to pass up.
