If this doctor's treatment is like their customer service, you are commiting suicide! Beware of the rasict, and unprofessional front desk girl. It's possible she just hates all the customer's, wasn't able to speak with a manager because she refused to give any contact info and then hangs up. Oddly, answered right away from another number then hungup immediately after asking for a supervisor. This started 100% due to insurance complications and she just did not want to deal with the back and forth. The same insurance the majority of other customers will have to use so have fun with that! All we needed was a tax ID but weren't even able to get that far in the conversation. Tried messaging the Dr on FB but she didn't respond. Instead some guy I've never heard of tried deflecting the issue saying we were belittling the employee. That's impossible because she hung up on me as soon as I asked for a manager which was right after hello. Don't believe me? Check yelp for other eerily similar stories. Update: As per my screenshots, the desk girl clearly made up a lie that we "belittled" her. She's mad because when I asked for a supervisor she demanded to know why so I said Yes, you are the problem!" She then said she can take my phone number and have someone call back. Lol, that is a lie because we already tried that with my wife and nobody bothered to ever call back. How are you able to come reply to this when I've been on hold for over an hour? All we needed was a tax ID, do you think we would go through all this trouble for fun? The doctor and her husband have since only replied on Facebook since other people can see it and are trying to smear me. That's fine, because as soon as you're unlucky customers call the office they will understand. This doctor has had time to reply to multiple fb ps and my review yet has failed to give a simple tax ID number that my insurance was asking for to confirm they do cover it. She also said "we don't take your Medicaid..." Lol this shows how they feel about those low income Medicaid holders. We don't have Medicaid! She didn't even know what insurance we had but was trying to argue they did not take it. Clearly there was some breakdown between the office and our insurance which is Aetna not Medicaid.

Dr. RuizAdib is such a nice Dr! Got my IUD here with no issues and highly recommend coming here for services.
