MinuteClinic at CVS

Very disappointed in the Nurse named Olu @ store 3724. I received a text that my appointment was ready & drove my sick self to the appointment. she told me to come back at 2:40 bc she was going on lunch at 12:30. I had gone in at 12:15 so she wasnt going on lunch just yet. Rude store #3724

Went there with an ear infection. I don't have insurance and that I told to the nurse who taken my details before nurse practitioner checked me. I asked her for the payment and she told me it is normally $99 and you will pay after visit. The nurse practitioner after visit instead billed my previous insurance company. When I told him that I want to pay he said he can not retrieve back the billing he sent to insurance company. He deliberately did that to charge me more. This is so unprofessional. Later on I received a $139 bill which I disputed by calling on the CVS line. Never heard back from them and now they sent it to collections. Never going back to CVS or minute clinic.

They are quick and offering good quality service. Especially staff is very friendly with the customers.

No respect for anyones time!!! Extremely long wait... not because there are patients but they wont come out of their office to check u in.. uselesss!!
