The doctor and hygienist are personable, however, the business practices are unethical and sketchy. The practice manager has three times overcharged me for what she claims are my portions for services rendered after my insurance paid for my visit. The first time I got three different excuses as to why I overcharged, all of which made no sense. I was given a check for $100 by the dentist personally because he said he wanted to keep my business. The second time I was overcharged I was told when I contacted the practice manager that my account would be credited $179.20 for the overcharge instead of a refund. I agreed. The last time I was again charged for my portion of services rendered on the day of my dental work I was asked to pay $283.10 which I paid and discovered to my dismay that according to my insurance Explanation of Benefits my portion was only $390.40 less my credit , which totaled $211.20 Once again, I was overcharged an additional $71.90. When I called to resolve the situation the practice manager claimed that she hadnt received the payment from my insurance company yet and I would have to wait until she received it and call me back. I have not heard from them since September 15. I am going to find a new dentist and it is a shame, because I liked Dr Strumwasser and the hygienist,.

Dr. Strumwasser and his team saw me as an emergency for a broken cap. First, they made sure I was able to see the doctor the day after I had an issue; then they saw me exactly at the time of my appointment; finally, they took the time to explain they replacement procedure and made sure I was comfortable (as to my bite) afterwards.

Dr. Strumwasser and team were incredible. They were gentle, kind, and explained the process very clearly. The doctor took his time with me and was just amazing. I have referred my parents, friends, everyone to this incredible doctor!

Dr. Strumwasser and Misty were so fantastic! They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed while I was getting my first crown. I was very nervous and anxious and they made me laugh and it was easier than I anticipated and ready to tackle another crown. Highly recommend!

My children and I have been patients if Dr. Strumwasser for over 5 years and couldnt ask for a better dentist! He has an amazing staff, thats always kind, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend to everyone to seek out services from this dentist office.
