        AVOID THESE CROOKS! I have had THE worst experience. I just got a letter saying they were closing my case due to their "inability to get a hold of me" yet I received NO calls, texts, voicemails, or emails for months! I tried calling every day for a week now and cant get anyone to call me back. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Literally took my 5,100.00 and turned into ghosts. Filed a complaint with BBB today and submitted all supportive documents. Hopefully justice will be served.

        Do not please do not use this company you will be in more trouble than what you started with the turnover in this company is god-awful they cannot help you they have very bad attitudes when you paying them for help them money to help you them money to help you money to help you

        The worst experience ever. I should have requested my money back in the beginning. Marty was the worst. All she cared about was getting me to send money. She lied and told that they would handle everything. She gave me a price, and once I paid it. I was told they would handle everything unless I paid thousands of dollars more. STAY AWAY. I STILL HAVE THE SAME TAX ISSUES. JOYCE COLLINS did not do my taxes right.
