My new go to Pool Supply. Great staff and very helpful, they stock parts that are hard to find with prices as good as mail order but in stock. If you are tired of the big mega national chains and want to keep your money locally, or really just some place that has what you need in stock and is the best in the area for remodels, give them a try, and you will be as happy as we are.

Found this store as a referral from another pool supply that is more end user / pool service oriented (chemicals, testing, etc). This place is basically an old fashioned style hardware store for pool owners! They have parts that are hard to find locally and often when parts on your pool fail, you really can't wait long. The prices were great and the staff very helpful! Now for the above and beyond story! It's 11:00 pm December 28th, a strange noise is heard from the pool/spa heater, soon water is observed coming from the heater... this is not good and getting worse by the minute. The pool is in "freeze mode" as the outside temps are cold and forecast to drop below freezing... Well, we survived icemageddon of 2021 in Dallas, but this now 10 year old heater has decided to fail spectacularly! I call Poseidon on the 29th and they say they can order a replacement heater, at a very fair price, and it will be in on the 30th! Are you kidding me, that is a Christmas miracle! They even had to change the order due to my part number mistake and still got it in by the 30th (less than 24 hours after I called), in time for me to tear out the old one, and install the new one that evening! Which was also important as (until I fix this) the original pool builder did not install a heater bypass valve/plumbing (very important, get this if you don't have one) so with my old heater leaking like the Titanic I could not run my pool to protect from freezing (would have to drain the equipment deck and that is a royal pain). So new heater installed, working great, and pool back to normal for the freeze coming again that night! I cannot thank Poseidon enough, they really pulled through for a brand new customer. I will be back for all my equipment and chemical needs, as they have the stuff that is really hard to find and really worked hard to help me out!
