When we went 2 years ago. It was quick and everyone was kind and caring. This time not as good. Cleance was not obtained. We had to arrange for transportation and procedure was rescheduled. We will see if All is better

I had a epidural spine injection this morning and I was very hesitant and nervous at first, due to other negative reviews. After getting there and called back to the room to prep, I was calmed down by Holana. She was very pleasant and she explained everything she was doing to prep me. Then I was turned over to Jill (RN) and she continued to keep me calm and assured me she will be with me all through the procedure. Dr. Ali was very gentle with me and my injection was smooth as possible. Then I was placed in the hands of Dee Dee (RN) for recovery who went over and beyond to inform my daughter I was okay. Without me knowing she had done that. The young girl who registered me with the gold braids was nice too. Thank you all for your treatment of me on today. It says my name Debbie Pierce but my last name is Crear.
