I have been working with Srimatrix for almost 5 years now as Software developer. I haven't had any issues with anything so far. Srimatrix provided all the training I needed to succeed at clients workplace at the beginning as well as great compensation and benefits once I started working there. Srimatrix have filed for my immigration sponsorship in a timely manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EMPLOYER I started working for this company in 2021. I was working with client company. They never paid me even after an year. they exploited me in every way possible. all i got is constant mental pain, lies, lies. they threaten you because you are immigrant and exploit you because they think you cant do anything. its so unfair. this constant pressure provoked me depression, sucidial thoughts. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
