I recently needed some flyers printed for an event and had a fantastic experience at FedEx. What truly impressed me was the staff's exceptional helpfulness. On both visits, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
It's rare these days to encounter such positive and upbeat customer service representatives. The overall energy at the store was amazing friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It made a potentially mundane task into a truly positive experience.
I'll definitely be back to FedEx for any future printing needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional printing services with a smile!

On March 4th, around 11:50 a.m. I went to ship my old carseat to a friend who lives in Arizona. I went in ready to pay whatever, not concerned.
The guy at the check out was so very very rude. He immediately told me, after checking the height and weight, that they don't have a big enough box for it. I told him well it needs to be shipped so he went to the back and came back with a box. He then did some typing, and while he was typing he kept making unnecessary comments. He said "It might be cheaper to just buy a new one" "your friend can't buy a new one on Amazon"
I got so frustrated with how he was speaking to me. I then said "Look I just need to send it, do I need to go somewhere else?" He rolled his eyes and put the carseat in the box and then told me the price and I paid and left. He was extremely rude and shouldn't be at the front helping customers.

I recently visited this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location to ship a perishable package Priority Overnight. I had my own supplies (box, tape, etc.) but what I brought into the store was not the best solution to ensure the shipment would arrive at its destination safe and intact. The store manager, Jim Hall provided THE BEST service I've had in quite a while at any retail establishment. He was very helpful, went above and beyond to assist me and did it all with a smile and great attitude! The package reached the destination in perfect condition and ahead of the commitment time. Great job FedEx! BZ to you jim! Keep on delivering the Purple Promise!
