Two trailer running lights didn't work and also the license plate light didn't work, I got pulled over for something y'all should have had taken care of, after all that's why, when you rent something, usually it's ready to go with no issues. Do better.

I've been to several uhaul locations throughout the metroplex and Texas, and this is by far the best location with the most attentive staff as well as a well-run shop that I've ever known or seen. There was no confusion in what they were doing, and they were fast, efficient, and moved with authority to get you on to your move or checked back in and on to unpacking. Moving is daunting enough, and it was nice to have this aspect run smoothly.

My father in law went in to pay the most recent bill for the storage and the north plano Uhaul employee asked him if he was rich because he was paying our bill I guess assuming we were freeloaders or exploiting him financially or something along those lines. We just lost a three month old child and had our house burn down and we are staying with my wifes parents. We didnt know that when you store your things you would have negative assumptions made about you and disrespectful comment made about your suspected inadequacies and be reference as if you are a freeloading middle-aged child with two surviving children. Im sure the next time we go in there will be something else horrible they will do. Maybe this time they will insult our parenting skills or worse. Get control of your employees Uhaul. Youre losing some loyal customers of many years in me and my family. We always had good experiences before but your lack of action against these people will end our business with Uhaul and we will tell everyone that we can reasonably speak with. I have made complaints the previous 2 times I have had to deal with any of the management or staff at this location. So far as far as I know, nothing has been done to remedy the on-going situation. Unfortunately, after all of the money spent and offenses insured, sorry isnt gonna cut it Uhaul. Take some real action to stop this behavior and indemnify your once loyal customers that have been locked out of storage wrongly, mistreated numerous times, embarrassed and insulted by employees wearing your logo. You offer this terrible treatment and expect full price, we plan affecting your bottom lines by telling everyone we can the experiences we have had in the past 2-3 months. We have social media, google, yelp, ripoff report, many other ways to make sure you feel the wrath of the customers you treat this way. Other than that, good luck with competition, Ive heard Enterprise Truck Rentals Penske Budget Home Depot Hertz Avis Alamo Are all great alternatives and in a lot of cases are much cheaper. Hope those competitors dont have better prices and or customer treatment. I suspect they all do.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service. They wouldnt allow my wife to use their phone and we are renting 3 of their large storages and they are extremely high priced. They have been terrible to us on many occasions and I have informed corporate but all that happened was they looked us out of the storage and gave us restricted hours after we placed the review. Warning stay far away from this place. I will never do business with any U-Haul because of how little corporate did about the matter. Im very close to getting a lawyer and taking them to court. Dont store anything, rent anything or step foot on this property, you have a lot of storage choices available, skip over this location and choose one that doesnt treat their customers like garbage.
