DO NOT USE, this is a dishonest service. I asked for a quote before the service technician came out. He said it would be maximum under 100. Then the service technician said it would be 150 which is way over the asking price. DO NOT USE this company because they are a dishonest service.

Called at 5:30am cause I accidentally locked my keys inside my vehicle and i had to leave by 8am. They told me on the phone it would be approximately $60 depending on how difficult it is to unlock. I mentioned the passengers door wasnt closed all the way and that it could be easier but that I understood the tech has to be there to confirm. An hr and a half later the guy got there in his personal vehicle, no company sticker or anything at all and as soon as he saw it he said $240. I had no choice but to say yes cause i had to leave soon or else i would said no. He opened it in literally 20 seconds cause the door wasnt completely click on the second phase of the locking mechanism which leaves a crack in the door and was very simple. I asked if he could lower it down since it was so quick. I said $200 flat but he said he cant cause theres about 3 people in between us and he only gets 30% of the cut. Gave me an invoice to submit to the insurance and hopefully they can cover a little bit according to him they do if its full coverage. He then gave me his personal numbers and said save it for whenever it happens again in the future and he can give me a much better price. They be scamming people.
