My install appointment was at 8am, and they didnt open their shop until after 8:45am. I waited because they have a missed/cancellation fee of $30. There was 5 people outside waiting to be serviced including me. Once they finally opened no one apologized, and they ended up helping customers that were there after me first.
Also, they have a lot of hidden fees. They will charge you a $40 pre installment fee just to create an appointment with smart start (I have never heard of this).

Cant answer the phone or text back with a live representative locked out of my car and Im late to work and have been on hold for 2 hours when it says the wait time is 7 minutes

Showed up for my appointment and they got me right in. Took them about an hour and they had me on my way. Extremely courteous and friendly. Full explanation on all charges, operation of equipment and odd ball questions I asked. Great place and great staff!
