Jaren at Graystone was incredibly helpful with my roof repair. He was able to explain everything in detail and responded to questions I had in a timely manner. Having trust in Jaren with a huge job like this helped what could have been a stressful situation more relaxed. I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future when needed.

Took the money, stopped working mid-job, and now has stopped responding altogether. I'm also definitely not mistaking companies, it was Jaren Banks. UPDATE 1/28/2024 9:58 AM: In response to Jarens reply: First, I would like to point out that he doxxed his customers (my in-laws) and my husband in his reply. Next, we deny all claims made against us by Jaren. In addition, following this review, Jaren continuously called and texted my mother-in-law, father-in-law, and husband up until 1:30 AM. UPDATE 1/28/2024 4:35 PM Mr. Sullivan had already blocked Jaren's number after the repeated calls and texts. "I just met with Mrs. Sullivan"... Jaren showed up to their front door with no notice. The picture included is of my husband's phone, who is not Jaren's client, and did not reply to any of the texts/phone calls that Jaren left him. That includes the 4 texts and 6 phone calls. Jaren claims that he felt it was "reasonable and necessary" to follow up by calling/texting my husband, who is not his client, multiple times after midnight. I find that reason to be uncompelling, as my husband has not replied to any of Jaren's attempts to contact him.

This review is long overdue, I am just now getting the time to sit down and write it! We were referred by a mutual friend to contact Jaren for a large and extreme makeover on our new home. Meeting with Jaren I could tell right away that he EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his profession. He will go out of his way to make sure that he takes care of his clients and gives you quality work for a fair cost! We had a HUGE makeover done on our home and to this day we get compliments from SO many neighbors and family members. The work they did was gorgeous! Even after the work was complete Jaren was still willing to go out of his way to help us with small things in the house that needed fixing or that we had questions about. He didn't just complete the job and cut off the relationship with us which is most definitely how you maintain good business. We have even had other contractors that have done some landscaping work on our home say they would trust Jaren to do any job in their home. I believe that is the highest paid compliment one can receive. If another contractor says they would trust Jaren to do a job in their home, then that tells me the work is quality! Thank you Jaren for all your hard work and your honesty with us. There are so many contractors in this profession that want to lie and cheat people. Jaren is not one of those people. I would highly suggest him to anyone looking for quality work and fair pricing. - Danielle and Tino
