Just closed on my home today with the absolute BEST realtor in town, Scott Seymour! He was there every time I texted/called/emailed (which I feel like was A LOT!), and always explained things to me in a way I would understand. He is super knowledgeable and knows his stuff for sure! Now that closing is over, hes still offering to help with little things to get me going, which he totally doesnt have to do! But besides that, hes just an all around good guy. Everyone on The Taylor Team was so great, super professional and excellent with communication. I would highly recommend Scott and The Taylor Team to anyone!

I already knew that every team members from Taylor Team DFW, especially, Lance, Tiffani, Cynthia, Linda and Taylor are AMAZING based on my past experience when I sold and purchased my homes in 2022 This time, I had to sell my house again. Taylor Team was helping and supporting on selling and closing my new home again. Of course, they were AMAZING and VERY FAST RESPONOR. The team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast especially. I can't wait to work with them again soon when I purchase the new home in next month. I highly recommend 'TAYLOR TEAM DFW".

Lance Taylor and the entire Taylor Team exceeded our expectations!! Wow! They worked tirelessly from the beginning of the process to the end. Any issue that came up (very few did) were handled exceptionally well. With us not living in the state any more we needed a repair done and things checked on which they did for us. Everyone we spoke with on this Keller Williams (Taylor Team) are truly customer service oriented, friendly and are very knowledgeable on all aspects of selling your home. They made this process so easy and with peace of mind. Thank you Lance, Tiffany Cole, Shannon Smith (sorry if Im missing anyone) for being by far the best real estate experience weve ever had!

Mike Mitchell is a superhero. He patiently visited house after house with us as we worked out the emotional turmoil that can come when purchasing your first home. He was readily available to coach us through each question that popped up, and as an added bonus - offered plenty of comedic relief when we were feeling discouraged. A ten year stretch of what had been terrible rental experiences, failed home searches and sketchy realtors, left us dreading the home buying experience. Mike thoughtfully walked through all of our what-if situations and listened so that he could understand the heart behind our dream. He brought so much joy into the process, from the first home we visited to our closing appointment at the title office. We are so grateful for that. Weve been happily settled into our new home for almost a year now! Mike is still a constant encouragement to us as we navigate through homeownership.
