        Sold my parents house. Made a promise and did not keep it. Wouldn't trust any of these realtors from any Ebby office. To me the fact they ghosted my parents and myself all the way up to the corporate office they are not individuals to work with or trust.

        I would avoid them at all cost. Not professional, will not help clients. I had my house listed with them for a while and they could not get us a proper contract. They were playing double sides (buyer and seller). I found out that the buyer's agent was in the same office, no wonder I couldn't get a proper offer on one "potential" contract I had on table. We hired someone else and were under contract within a month.
