JPAR - Plano

We were looking to rent a home in The Colony. I found a home that was list by Mrs. Subi Philips. I was told it was unavailable and then she sent me a link of homes that fit that criteria and area. She took a day of her time to take us to 4-5 homes and we didnt like any. She knew as soon as we walked in whether it was a good fit being that we had the same good taste in living. We found one, sent her the info on it. And to work she went from there. Within a couple days we had an approval. She went to work hard for us for the week that we had to find a place. I could go on and on about our process of the Faith she assured us. Thank you again to Mrs. Subi!!!

I worked with the agent her name is Haideh Bashash. It was very unfortunate experience we had a contact with her only one day when we asked her to put an offer for us on a house we looked at she said consider it gone since I am relaxing with my friends at Mall , we worked with her only one day and send an email of termination but she tried to fight it by threatening us that will take an action against us and tried to ruin our reputation and image with our loan officer and the next agent I am very surprised that we still can find such unprofessional and faulty agent and agency in this field .

Received a call from a DFW area code one day , and that person did not leave a message. I called back two days later and a person by the name of Austin K. answered. I told him that I had seen his phone number on my caller ID and asked, What was the nature of his phone call? To make a very long story short, He literally said "I honestly and sincerely do not know" After fumbling and stuttering his words.When he said the word "honestly" I knew right then and there he was lying. There is more to the story, but I just wanted to point out that he was very shady and sketchy from the get go. (Very weird situation) Honestly and Truly
