If I could give them zero stars I would. Finding someone to help with your mental health is stressful enough. My appointment accidentally got booked during a blocked time of the provider's calendar. I reached out to find out why someone hadn't reach out to me after I received a confirmation from them with a reminder to save it on my calendar and she tells me that the staff decided to delete my appointment and not reach out because of the error.
I was not worthy of call so you guys are worthy of my business.
Now I get to start the process over with another long waiting period of trying to get on someone's schedule as a new patient. It's enough to make someone wonder why they are even trying to work on their mental health in the first place and thats the real feedback I want you to provide to Carol. Are you not in the business of helping people make their lives better?? Not harder??
